Reviews and Ratings
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the location to be fantastic, with a nice outdoor café and a very nice indoor restaurant. The rooms, unfortunately, were not as clean as expected and badly needed an upgrade. The smelly bathroom syndrome, common in older buildings in Belgrade, was evident when exiting the lift.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, especially with a balcony, were in better condition despite the bathroom being a bit messy. The service, while incredible, had some issues with additional charges for a room upgrade. The location was good, close to the historic center and with a nice breakfast for the price paid. The dining experience, located in the attached Disco bar, was average at best. Overall, some positives but also a few drawbacks to consider.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right in the city center, but the rooms were in desperate need of refurbishment. The service provided by the staff was efficient and kind. The dining experience was superb, although the facilities could have been better.
The hotel is situated brilliantly, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. The rooms, although a bit small, are incredibly comfortable and clean overall, except for some cobwebs on the windowsills. The service, despite some disinterest in maintaining the property, was surprisingly friendly. The dining experience was decent, with good food served on the ground floor. The facilities provided met the minimum requirements, ensuring a satisfactory stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from my room was nice, but the rooms themselves were in desperate need of refurbishment and didn't seem very clean. The service was helpful and accommodating, with friendly staff who remained attentive. The location was excellent, very close to the historic center, but there are better options nearby like the Marriot. The dining experience was disappointing, as breakfast was served in a dark nightclub setting. Overall, the facilities were average, nothing exceptional.
