Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the location to be fantastic, with a nice outdoor café and a very nice indoor restaurant. The rooms, unfortunately, were not as clean as expected and badly needed an upgrade. The smelly bathroom syndrome, common in older buildings in Belgrade, was evident when exiting the lift.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right in the city center, but the rooms were in desperate need of refurbishment. The service provided by the staff was efficient and kind. The dining experience was superb, although the facilities could have been better.
